Charter Classic VL Convertible Tote Bag

Can't hold up to cold weather!

"Lug really needs to improve the edges of their faux/vegan straps. They must be testing these bags in Florida for the most part and/or Toronto which isn't as cold as most provinces in Canada. The second it turned -20 to -30 the straps cannot withstand leaving the car to entering a building without cracks galore. Then when you try to remove the tote handles, the look of the bag is just off. . . I love the bag and the functionality, I do wish the bag was just 1 to 2 inches wider and taller so that a small laptop could fit and still zip closed. I could not get my 12. 4 inch tablet in and have it zip. Please test your products in different climates. . ."

So much potential!

"Love the wide fabric crossbody strap, detest the punch hole handles. A sturdy handle that won’t fray in a few months would be so much better. The lining is such a vibe. The pockets are well placed and sized. So much to love about this bag. The pleather is just not the way. I’ve used it a few times a week, to and from work (where I sit at a desk) since September, so about 7 weeks, and the bottom corners are already wearing through and the burgundy color is gone in those spots. I carry a wallet, my phone, minimal keys, a lipstick and a sunscreen. That’s it. Not overloaded by any means. I truuuuly hope this bag will be updated to a sturdy fixed handle and the sturdy matte luxe material. Please? <3"

"Not as practical as I hoped it to be. Likes: 1. Overall look, weight and colour (navy): The size, the shape, the lightness of the bag 2. Front magnetic cell phone lug signature pocket 3. Cargo pocket with wipeable lining for bottle 4. Retractable key chain, 5. Come inside pocket organization 6. Four gunmetal feet on bottom. Dislikes: 1. Adjustable and removable tote straps which tend to foll off sometimes 2. The area between the main zipper and straps tends to collect dust particles or anything that may fall in due to the way it's put together 3. The retractable keychain should not have been put on the same side with the waterbottle compartment as it creates space issue and creates noise 4. The back side pocket should have been horizontal for an easier access. 5. The removeable shoulder strap that comes in a different colour from the actual bag. I wish this bag had larger 2 shoulder straps as an option instead of this feature"

Great Size

"Love the size and the tote handles. Just wish there was a more typical large pocket on the back side. The sideways zipper makes it hard to grab things quickly."
