"if I could give this no stars I would. over the years I have purchase so many of these bags beginning off of QVC prob 2 decades ago, but the first time I receive one that is not as described, not what I needed and I wanted to send it back I could not get any customer service to help me. So I have been stuck with it for months and still ticked off about it."
