d using this more annoying than anything else in trying to make it work. There's no support because of the softer material & highly unlikely people are using them as 'book bags' as they say because it's too weak & sags.
The only bag worse than this is the absolutely & completely useless Lug Zipliner Packable - wimpy & no pockets. What a rip-off!

Lug needs to redo this as a regular drawstring bag like any $22. 00 Adidas etc sports bag: 2 roomy side bottle holders, straight across zip pocket, 2 long cords as drawstring opening, an inside or outside back zip & 1 or 2 inner cargo pockets.
