Warranty Terms & Conditions
Lug offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear, including those caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered under our policy. Defects may include:
- Broken zipper or hardware
- Stitching issues
- Removable strap issues
If your claim falls within the warranty period, please fill out the form below. Once accepted, we we will order a replacement item or issue a gift card for equal or lesser value of the product. If purchased through LugLive, we will order a replacement or issue LugLive credit for equal or lesser value of the product. In some cases, you may be asked to return your item before replacement or credit is issued.
Only products purchased in the past 30 days directly from Luglife.com or LugLive are eligible for monetary refund.

Warranty claims are evaluated at Lug's sole discretion and Lug reserves the right to refuse any claim deemed to fall outside of the guidelines above or deemed as abuse or fraudulent.Please allow up to 15 business days for your request to be processed.
